Featurespace CEO wins Technology & Engineering Award at the Variety Catherine Awards

Cambridge, UK. 30 November 2016 – Featurespace, a global leader in machine learning fraud prevention using Adaptive Behavioural Analytics, is pleased to announce that CEO Martina King won the Technology & Engineering category, on behalf of Featurespace, at the Variety Catherine Awards.

The inaugural Catherine Awards, held on 29 November 2016, recognise contributions from women in business, their professional achievements and social contributions.

Martina collected the Technology & Engineering award, a category which recognises the innovative work of the Featurespace team in enabling clients in financial services, insurance and gaming to spot and block real-time fraud attacks, at the moment they occur.

The awards are an initiative by children’s charity Variety, which raises awareness and funds to improve the lives of sick, disabled and disadvantaged children throughout the UK. In just over sixty five years, Variety has raised over £211 million to support countless thousands of youngsters.

The awards were produced in media partnership with The London Evening Standard.

Martina King, Chief Executive at Featurespace, commented:

“I am thrilled to have received this Catherine Award, reflecting the dynamism and innovation of the Featurespace team. Featurespace is proud to have been recognised by Variety, the Children’s Charity, who do so much for children and young people in the UK.”
