This Global Credit Card Issuer wanted to build a new transactional fraud detection system to improve customer acceptance and reduce false fraud alerts, as well as spot new types of fraud automatically.
OpenBet, the world’s leading software provider to the sports betting industry, has agreed a partnership with Featurespace which gives OpenBet customers access to Featurespace’s market-leading ARIC engine. The collaboration will see the ARIC engine enabling OpenBet customers to have real-time access to player data.
Credit Reference Agency
This Credit Reference Agency wanted real-time behavioural analytics to spot and block criminals from fraudulently downloading customer credit score data at application stages. The challenge was spotting the criminals at the early application stage to prevent them from going on to commit fraud elsewhere using stolen credit data.
National Lottery operator Camelot and Featurespace are conducting a project which will further enhance Camelot’s existing processes for identifying and protecting online players at potential risk of harmful play.
Responsible Gambling Trust
Featurespace and NatCen were chosen by the Responsible Gambling Trust to participate in a world-leading investigation into harmful patterns of play on gaming machines. The research identified players at risk of harmful play who would require intervention.
