Although Featurespace's products incorporate existing rules and machine learning standards, it also employs 'human behaviour' analysis and detection methods to assist you more effectively in defending against fraud.

How does it interact with client and third party systems?

Unlike the competition, Featurespace will gear our installation around you and your systems. This is a stark contrast to competition who offer package solutions they expect you to gear your business to. Can it replace other anti-fraud systems?

By combining our own tools and techniques with rules, neural nets and other current industry norms, we can not only replace other anti-fraud systems, but can surpass them in terms of our ability to analyse data in order to spot anomalous behaviour.

What are its unique selling points?

Featurespace's intelligent anti-fraud software products employ unique analysis algorithms to detect behavioural patterns, which is then personalised to profile each individual customer's pattern of activity and interaction. By analysing the human data patterns, Featurespace rapidly detects different types of activity, from normal to addictive behaviour to fraud.

How is it operated by a customer?

A client will operate the system by means of an interface that we create for them, front ending our core technology. A client can also choose from a number of additional modules, as not all companies will require the full set.

How is it set up, and by who?

Featurespace will implement, set up and configure the original installation. Support thereafter can be geared to the needs of your business, and the capabilities of those within it.

What plans are there for developing the product further and when will this take place?

Featurespace will continue to adapt and extend its existing products, in line with constantly evolving fraud trends and client needs. Featurespace will also continue to roll out complementary products, all under the 'security' banner. To date, we have introduced transactional and behavioural anti-fraud systems, anti-cheating systems & anti-grooming systems, but we have many more products on the drawing board.

What training requirements will there be for clients and Partners?

Full training will be part of your implementation package. If this goes beyond the implementation norm, a small charge will be levied. This too can be discussed at the initial exploratory meeting.

What user documentation will be available?

Because our systems are geared to your business, rather than us requiring you to adapt your business to use our systems, a manual per se will not be available. However, context sensitive help and self-describing screens will be present, as well as adequate training for your needs.

Is it easy to use?

As any implemented Featurespace system is geared around your business, it will be as understandable and thus easy to use as your existing systems.

Will it connect with my back end and processing system?

Yes. There may be times however where during the consultancy period we make recommendations for changes to your back-end systems, as they themselves may expose you to fraud.

How many transactions a second will it cope with?

Featurespace's systems currently handle up to 200 transactions per second, per CPU core. This is well within our processing capacity.
